Background:
Manchester Sangeet Academy was set up in 1987 with the primary aim to foster, promote and develop an understanding of Asian arts, dance, literature, theatre and music. We have an overwhelming weath of experience to draw from and our staff include professional teachers and artists as well as high profile visiting artists.


Our network:

The Academy is a poineering organisation with a comprehensive network and relationships with a number of statutory and voluntary organisations throughout the country and the subcontinent.
We have established many successful projects and have developed partnership programmes for maximum access and success.


Our Courses:

Courses offered are fully accredited and based on the syllabus of Pryag Sangit Samitii, Allahbad, India.
The courses are further monitored by Sangit Examinations (UK).
